Kim brings more than eighteen years of experience in residential new construction management. Originally from the Hampton Roads region of Virginia, in 2020, Kim followed her dream and relocated to the Outer Banks. As the Construction and Production Operations Manager, Kim oversees the design, operation, and improvement of the new construction department from pre-construction through delivery.

To recharge, Kim finds solace on the beach with a good book. She loves the outdoors and can often be found riding bikes with her husband or relaxing on her front porch. Kim is always ready for an adventure and jumps in to all things with both feet.
