4th of July in OBX

If you’re in the Outer Banks on the 4th of July, you’ve come to the right place! The beautiful beaches, fresh caught seafood, and STUNNING firework displays make the perfect backdrop for our Nation’s on Independence Day. This year, we’ve taken the *Liberty* to put together the PERFECT OBX 4th OF JULY, so you can spend less time planning, and more time enjoying!

Finish off your day with a WONDERFUL FIREWORKS DISPLAY!

MANTEO: Watch fireworks over the sound at the Roanoke Island Festival Park fireworks show!

KILL DEVIL HILLS: If you find yourself in the heart of Central OBX, you have GOT to grab a chair and post up to watch the fireworks blast over the Avalon Pier in Kill Devil Hills.

NAGS HEAD: Visit the iconic Nags Head Fishing Pier in Nags Head, for a breath-taking show over the Atlantic Ocean.

AVON: Celebrate your Independence Day with a bang at the Avon Pier and Avon Beach Klub on Hatteras Island. Please read the NPS rules and regulations regarding Avon fireworks and beach fireworks in Dare County.

*LOCAL’S TIP*  You can catch both Nags Head and Manteo displays atop Jockey’s Ridge.

HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY, EVERYONE!
