Gracelyn receives the award for being the first employee hired at SAGA Realty & Construction, and throughout the years her career has evolved from purely administrative to her developing into an integral member of our growing construction team. Originally from Newport News, VA, Gracelyn relocated to the Outer Banks in 1999, where she resides in Kill Devil Hills with her husband, Fred and daughter, Kaylee. “I am proud of the opportunities provided to me by SAGA Realty & Construction and feel great loyalty and dedication to our team. A licensed N.C. real estate broker, Gracelyn also has a BA from the Christopher Newport University. She is known around the office for her carefree laugh, strong organizational skills, dependability and her willingness to jump in and assist with work overflow. Our customers often comment on her friendly demeanor, knowledgeable assistance and her outstanding customer service. Free time is typically spent with family, enjoying her daughter’s sporting events or working together on home projects. Gracelyn loves the outdoors, enjoys walks along the beach and target shooting with her husband.
