If variety is, indeed, the spice of life, then Heath Haithcock is a rare blend. Born and raised in North Carolina, Heath excelled both academically and athletically and went on to be graduated from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, majoring in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Sociology, Anthropology, and Psychology and, later, graduate degrees from both East Carolina and Appalachian State University.

Never one to overstay his welcome or grow bored with the status quo, Heath has travelled extensively and also called MA, WY, ID, CO, and MT home at various times during the course of his life; working in a number of different industries along the way. Through such varied experiences, he gained valuable insight into human character, interpersonal relations, and cultural diversity that served him well in all of his later endeavors.

Heath moved to the Outer Banks in 2014 to pursue a new career in the real estate industry, is the latest member to be added to the SAGA Sales Team, and is eager to put his unique educational, vocational, and life skill set to work for you. He also knows that to make a place a home, one must get involved in one’s own community and has been an active member of several local and regional boards, while volunteering with a number of different local organizations.
