Kevin grew up in Woodbridge, Virginia. His family vacationed in the Outer Banks and he has always had a place for it in his heart. Kevin moved to Kill Devil Hills in 2020 and has since served as the Director of Racquet Sports at Duck Woods Country Club, in Southern Shores. Living on island and experiencing its unique landscape has made Kevin realize the thrill of the Outer Banks housing market.

Kevin graduated from James Madison University, where he played Division 1 college tennis. He has experience playing and coaching tennis at a professional level as well as teaching in economic hotbeds like Miami, FL and the Hamptons, NY. Through his experience in tennis, Kevin has become a master in staying calm throughout pressure situations, thinking and acting quickly on his toes, as well as handling the emotions of his clients throughout stressful times and helping guide them towards their goals.
