A “breath of fresh air” were the first words that came to mind while touringSAGA Construction’s newest home in the Corolla community, Pine Island Reserve. We’ve always been impressed by their innovative designs, but the “The Story House” located at 365 Lindsey Lane, tells the story of the future direction of Outer Banks vacation estates. Their Open House was held on April 4th, and we immediately knew this was going to be a special evening. The horsd’oeuvres and wine were a refreshing bonus after a long week at work, but it was the innovative home design, architectural details and abundant amenities that captured our attention!
Spending vacation time with family can be a memorable experience, especially when a home is designed with multiple private retreats and gathering areas for all family members and age groups. And, it was obvious the unique elements in the “The Story House” come from seasoned builders whose designs continuously evolve to maximize the guest experience. For me, one of the most wonderful surprises was the creative upgrades, furniture selections and whimsical decor perfectly capture life at the beach.
Their motto, “The beach brings you here, our homes will keep you here,” certainly applies to this timeless design. Congratulations to our friends at SAGA Construction for their continued vision and building homes that enhance the rental experience for Outer Banks vacationers.
