Year Round Residence, Kill Devil Hills: We found a building site we really liked which was not ideally shaped or sized for the house we wanted built. SAGA worked with us from the beginning designing and re-designing the building plan to meet our needs. We are not sure if another builder would have been able to solve the challenge we presented to them within a constrained time frame but SAGA did it. SAGA did not forget about us after our house was built. The SAGA team worked with us after moving into our new home to address any issues that came up and always made us feel like our issue was their top priority.
