Pumpkin Patch Saturday’s

Every Saturday | 10AM-4PM

Pumpkin Patch Saturdays will be held every Saturday in October at Island Farm in Manteo. Take a wagon ride to the farm’s pumpkin patch and find your perfect pumpkin this fall. Other activities include: make your own corn husk doll, children’s 19th-century toys and games, stuff a scarecrow, scarecrow photo booth and interacting with farm animals. Admission $8. Pints & Poses

Every Sunday | 10-11AM

Join Sandtrap Tavern every Sunday this fall for Pints & Poses co-hosted by The Well Yoga Cooperative Co-Founder and Yoga Guru, Scott Lawlor. Pints & Poses starts with a community oriented outdoor yoga class then ends with a boozy bang! Please bring your own yoga mat. $10 per person. More info here.

Mustang Rock & Roast

October 19-20 | Tickets $35

Second Annual Mustang Rock & Roast will be held at Mike Dianna’s Grill Room in Corolla October 19-20. Mustang Rock & Roast will serve up the ultimate music and food experience, providing festival-goers with a full weekend of live music by 14 different bands as well as North Carolina oysters and barbecue. Outer Banks Seafood Festival

October 19 | Tickets $5-$150

The 8th Annual Outer Banks Seafood Festival will be held at the Soundside Event Site in Nags Head. This event will feature 12 local restaurants serving some of the best local seafood found on the OBX. Craft beer, wine and beverages will also be available. Backyard Benefit at the Outer Banks Brewing Station

October 20 | 10$

The Outer Banks Brewing Station will be hosting a Backyard Benefit for the Outer Banks Child Museum and Learning Center. Come out for great music, great friends and fun on October 20th. The benefit will feature two live bands, Trick Fly and Blue Crab Boys, 50/50 raffle, local artists and kid friendly fun. More info here.

OBX Brewtag

October 26 | Free

Be apart of the 5th Annual OBX Brew Tag. A celebration of flight and beer, OBX Brewtäg is modeled after the whimsical and entertaining Red Bull Flugtag, translated to “flying day” in German. With OBX Brewtäg, the general premise is the same, although rather than human-powered flying machines, Brewtäg contestants will be competing to see who can launch and fly an empty 1/6 keg barrel the furthest. Half of all net proceeds from 2019 Brewtag will be donated to the Outer Banks Community Foundation Disaster Relief Fund, benefitting the communities of Hatteras Village and Ocracoke Island that were affected by Hurricane Dorian. Harvest Hayday

Elizabethan Gardens will be hosting Harvest Hayday. This daytime event all colors, flavors and fun of fall. Offering hayrides, hay bale maze, fall piñata, make and take crafts, games, cupcake walk, scarecrow stuffing, bake sale, apple roll, educational stations, a bonfire and concessions. Outer Banks Halloween Parade

October 27 | 2PM

The 6th Annual Outer Banks Halloween Parade returns to Aviation Park in Kill Devil Hills on Sunday, October 27th, hosted by OBX Entertainment. The free family fun event will begin at 2:00PM with the trick or treat party. The walking parade itself starts at 3:00 p.m., followed immediately by the awards ceremony for the best costumes in multiple age groups and categories. More info here.

Pooch & Pints Doggy Trick or Treat

Shipwrecks Taphouse and Grill will be celebrating Halloween all day with their Pooch & Pints Doggy Trick or Treat paired with Austins Blood Orange Cider. Come in to Shipwrecks Taphouse and Grill to grab treats for your best dressed Halloween Soto’s and a brew for you! More info here.
