Prem Gupta has over 30 years of accounting/financial management experience. As a principal partner, he has helped to maintain SAGA Realty & Construction and its subsidiaries in sound financial standing. Mr. Gupta has established long-lasting business relationships with many lending institutions, which allows him to assist our building clients in evaluating the best financing options currently available. With corporate experience as Chief Financial Officer, he has implemented cost containment practices to ensure our clients receive the best possible value during the construction process.

When not overseeing our financial department, he enjoys time spent relaxing with family, playing ping pong and watching his favorite televised sport, cricket.
