2019 SAGA Year in Review
2019 was an exciting year filled with many milestones and accomplishments. We are thankful for our dedicated team along with each individual and company that contributed to our success. As we reflect on 2019 with pride and gratitude, we look forward to all the wonderful things that 2020 will bring!
2019 Highlights
For the fourth year in a row-SAGA Realty & Construction was named “Best of Houzz” for Customer Service. Customer Service honors are based on several factors, including a company’s overall rating on Houzz and client reviews.
With overwhelming success, SAGA’s luxury apartment community, Run Hill, located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, completed Phase II this year. Nestled within the Bermuda Bay community, residents not only get the benefits of all the resort amenities offered, but Run Hill also offers much more than a traditional apartment building. With a large outdoor pool area, clubhouse with gym and spacious entertaining area, the residents are loving these common areas. Each unit offers the quality, design and craftsmanship that SAGA is known for, with luxury finishes including; stainless steel appliances, washers and dryers, wide open kitchen layouts and quartz countertops. The biggest project launched this year was the first phase of the Water Oak community. Located right in the middle of Kill Devil Hills, on the sound, this one-of-a-kind community received much praise at the 2019 Outer Banks Homebuilder’s Association’s Parade of Homes. Two of the three awards SAGA acquired during Parade were for Water Oak’s two featured models-they each received “People’s Choice” in their class. We were honored to receive multiple awards this year in both the “People’s Choice and Judge’s Choice” categories! Everyone’s feedback and response has been a true inspiration to us!
SAGA Realty & Construction takes great pride in supporting the Outer Banks. SAGA was thrilled to recently receive so many nominations from the Obxtoday.com Best of the Beach contest. SAGA received “Best Local Contractor”, “Best Construction Company” as well as “Best New Homebuilder.”
