Debbie Gabbert has over 20 years of experience in real estate sales, marketing, and management. Her experience has afforded her the opportunity to work with several private and national home builders in North and South Carolina, with homes ranging from $150,000 to $5,000,000+. Her commitment to excellence has allowed her to receive multiple awards such as #1 Sales Agent, Team Member of the Year, and HBAC Sales Manager of the Year.
She has been intimately involved with the sales and marketing of over 75 new home communities and has assisted with being the liaison between the home builder/developer and HOA management firms along with helping to provide input on the initial set up and guidelines for HOA’s within new home communities.
Debbie was excited to bring her passion and industry knowledge to the SAGA team by overseeing the sales and marketing department in January 2017. She enjoys continuing to grow and expand her career and knowledge base while living and working within the beautiful Outer Banks.
