International Women's Day (IWD) is celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women.  IWD was designed to reflect on progress made by and for women across the globe... as well as to celebrate the determination and courage of ordinary women who have accomplished extraordinary things.  This special day is set apart to give us the opportunity to pause and think about how we can better the lives of women
