Held over Columbus Day weekend, the Outer Banks Home Builder’s Association’s Parade of Homes is self guided and portion of the ticket proceeds benefit the local food pantry and other local charitable efforts. 17 featured homes, within a 35-mile radius will be available for tour. The homes range in size from 800 square feet to over 6,000 and feature a wide range of architecture and design styles. From new construction to three unique major renovation projects-ticket holders are in for a real treat! The Parade is also an opportunity to speak with local vendors, subcontractors and builders.
